MVgo Guaranteed Last Mile Program

The purpose of the MVgo Guaranteed Last Mile Program (GLM) is to provide commuters an alternative “last and first mile” connection to and from the Mountain View Transit Center, in the event an MVGo shuttle is significantly delayed or impacted.

The MVgo GLM program will reimburse commuters for the cost of their trip (up to $15) for alternative transportation when an MVgo shuttle is 15+ minutes late. Commuters may use any form of transportation as their “last or first-mile” connection to and/or from the Mountain View Transit Center.

To qualify for the GLM reimbursement, the commuter must complete the GLM Reimbursement Form found at MVgo.org under “New Programs”. Those eligible for reimbursement shall provide the following:

  1. Fully Completed Reimbursement Form (Click Here)
  2. Proof of Trip Cost.
  3. Proof of Trip origin or destination – should be to or from the Mountain View Transit Center.
  4. Proof of Date and Time of Trip.

Reimbursements will be issued to commuter via Venmo, PayPal or check. Please note that Venmo and PayPal reimbursements require the commuter to have an existing Venmo or PayPal account or create a new account in order to receive the reimbursement.

Reimbursements must be requested within thirty (30) days from the date of the trip.

For questions related to this program or for reimbursement assistance, please email admin@mvgo.org.

MVgo reserves the right to modify the Program Rules, including participation requirements, eligibility and reimbursement criteria at any time and for any reason.
